Anger Management Program for Couples Counselling and Relationship Counselling over four one hour sessions.
The Anger Management Program uses a new type of therapy called Cognitive Principle Therapy (CPT) which follows a structured program to simultaneously increase the clients principles [trust, respect, etc] while reducing their negative thinking, feelings and body reaction to adverse event/s. Because it builds on the positives, while reducing the negatives, it works faster and more effectively than other therapies. Although it is structured, it is highly flexible utilizing the Cognitive Principle Matrix ™
The Benefits of CPT and the Anger Management Program are:
- Immediate results. You will see a reduction in your anger levels within one week using the Stop, Find method ™ . The whole program is completed in four sessions
- Improved Self-awareness using the psycho-educational style of therapy and feedback from the "Schema Test"
